If you subscribed to {App Name} PRO but can’t access PRO features, try one of the following solutions:
- For subscriptions bought inside the app, make sure that you’re using the same Apple ID (for iOS users) or Google account (for Android) that you used when you bought the subscription. Subscriptions bought inside the app are tied to your Apple ID/Google account.
- Make sure that the subscription process is completed successfully. If the subscription was bought inside the app, it should appear among your subscriptions in your Apple account or the Google Play Store app. For web subscriptions, you should receive a confirmation email.
If you didn’t use a free trial and your account was charged immediately after you subscribed, you should have received a receipt from Apple or Google and the transaction should be visible in your bank statement.
If you don’t see any of this information, it might be that you’re still not subscribed. In this case, you can try to subscribe again.
